Dos escuelas católicas de Nueva Orleans que han atendido a estudiantes con necesidades especiales, una Uptown y otra en Metairie, se uniran en un solo campus en Metairie el próximo año escolar.

El Santo Rosario y Nuestra Señora de la Divina Providencia se combinarán para convertirse en la Academia St. Thérèse para Estudiantes Excepcionales. El nuevo campus estará en el campus actual de Divine Providence en North Atlanta Street.

Ambas escuelas han luchado recientemente con las finanzas y la inscripción.

Two New Orleans Catholic schools that have served students with special needs, an Uptown and another in Metairie, will be merged into a single campus in Metairie next school year.
The Holy Rosary and Our Lady of Divine Providence will be combined to become the St. Thérèse Academy for Exceptional Students. The new campus will be on the current Divine Providence campus on North Atlanta Street.
Both schools have recently struggled with finances and enrollment.
