She said the child was face-down in the water when she returned minutes later.»Police say the woman’s boyfriend called 911 and immediately started CPR, reviving the child.

Paramedics responding to the scene took the baby to an area hospital.
«Medical staff determined the child had also sustained non-accidental injuries consistent with child neglect. The Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) was immediately notified and took custody of the child, upon his release from the hospital,» police said. «The child was noted to be in good condition.»
Goodale was booked on one count of second degree cruelty to a juvenile.
