1.Tu fuerza aumentará
Algo tan sencillo como hacer
sentadillas incrementará tu fuerza en
determinadas zonas como los glúteos,
los isquiotibiales y los cuádriceps.
Además, también servirá para
mejorar la potencia en tu cadera, que
es esencial para encontrarte mucho
más ágil en tu quehacer diario. Si le
añades pesas, reforzarás todos estos
benefi cios.
2.Piernas y glúteos más defi nidos
Las sentadillas te ayudarán, de
manera notable y visible, a obtener
unas piernas y glúteos mucho más
defi nidos.
Este movimiento tan sencillo es
una excelente forma de construir
de manera rápida el músculo, por
lo que tendrás unas extremidades
apretadas y tonifi cadas si entrenas
de forma constante.
- Mejora la movilidad
Algo tan sencillo como hacer
sentadillas hará que notes una gran
mejora en tu agilidad y la propia
movilidad.
Mueve
las caderas hacia atrás hasta que los
muslos queden paralelos al suelo.
A continuación, levántate para volver
a tu postura natural y haz tres series
de 10 repeticiones, con 30 segundos
de descanso entre series. - Your strength will increase

will increase your strength in certain
areas such as the glutes, hamstrings
and quadriceps.

add weights, you will reinforce all
these benefi ts. - More defi ned legs and glutes

This simple movement is a great
way to build muscle quickly, so you’ll
have tight, toned limbs if you train
consistently. - Improve mobility
Something as simple as doing
squats will make you notice a big
improvement in your agility and
mobility itself.
According to this study conducted
by Yonsei University (Korea), they
are a great way to increase range of
motion in the hips and ankles, which
will help reduce lower back and knee
pain gradually. - Stabilize your body
An exercise as simple as performing
barbell squats is able to challenge
your balance and, in turn, end up
stabilizing your body through the
entire range of motion - Useful for your back

doing squats can be a great option
for improving your posture. So says

knee, move your hips back and down,
until your right knee is parallel to the
fl oor.
Keep your chest up, push off with the
tip of your right foot and return to
an upright position. Do three sets of
15 repetitions and you’ll notice the

medicine ball or weights and place it
in front of your chest.
Bring your shoulder blades together
and lift your chest.
Stand with your feet hip-width apart
and bend your knees. Move your hips
back until your thighs are parallel to
the fl oor.
Then stand up to return to your
natural posture and do three sets of
10 repetitions, with 30 seconds rest
between sets.
