Los muertos en Italia con coronavirus son ya 22 mil 745 al registrarse 575 en las últimas 24 horas, una cifra superior a los 525 del jueves, mientras sigue bajando el ritmo de contagios y las personas hospitalizadas y las ingresadas en cuidados intensivos.
Los casos totales de contagios desde que se detectó el 21 de febrero el coronavirus en Italia ascienden a 172 mil 434, con tres mil 493 desde ayer, menos que la jornada anterior, y de ellos 42 mil 727 ya se han curado (dos mil 563 las últimas 24 horas, la cifra más alta desde el inicio de la emergencia), según los datos ofrecidos hoy por el jefe de Protección Civil, Angelo Borrelli, en su boletín diario.

El número de personas actualmente positivas en Italia es de 106 mil 962 y el aumento diario de estos casos confirmados ha sido solo de 355. De ellas, 76 mil 364 están aisladas en sus casas con síntomas leves (73%), 25 mil 786 ingresadas en los hospitales, y dos mil 812 en cuidados intensivos.
