PASTELITOS DE CARNE• MEAT PASTELITOS

– 1/2 lb harina de maiz
– Agua
– pizca achiote
– 1/2 lb carne molida
– 1 zanahoria
– 2 papas
– 1 tomate
– 1/2 cebolla
– 1 chile dulce
– Ajo
– Culantrillo
– Pimienta
– Sal
– Cucharada salsa soya
– Aceite de cocinar
– 1/2 lb cornmeal
– Water
– pinch achiote
– 1/2 lb ground beef
– 1 carrot
– 2 potatoes
– 1 tomato
– 1/2 onion
– 1 sweet pepper
– Garlic
– Culantrillo
– Pepper
– Salt
– Spoon soy sauce
– Cooking oil

Para la carne
picar finamente cuadritos papas, zanahoria,tomate,cebolla,chile,ajo,culantrillo. poner en a sofreir en un poquito de aceite tomate,chile,cebolla,ajo luego agregar las papas y zanahoria, luego la carne molida sofreir muy bien y agregar un poco de agua dejar cocinar 20 minutos.
Para la masa

mezclar la harina con agua,achiote,pizca de sal hasta que quede una masa firme.
Tomar bolitas de masa y aplastarlas a un diametro de una tortilla mas o menos de diez centimetros y colocar a la mitad la carne y doblar la tortillas cerrar bien los bordes. y poner a freir hasta que se dore sacar y comer….
