El líder opositor resaltó que desde 2015, cuando fueron electos los miembros del Parlamento, controlado por la oposición, el TSJ «ha sido el brazo ejecutor» del Gobierno para «desaparecer» al Legislativo.
El jefe del Parlamento, Juan Guaidó, reconocido como presidente encargado de Venezuela por más de cincuenta países, acusó este miércoles al Gobierno de Nicolás Maduro de pretender desintegrar el Legislativo tras el levantamiento de las inmunidad de siete diputados.
«Alerto a Venezuela y a la comunidad internacional sobre la pretensión del régimen usurpador de desintegrar el Parlamento nacional, a través de ataques (…) por los ilegítimos Tribunal Supremo de Justicia (TSJ) y Asamblea Nacional Constituyente (ANC)», dijo Guaidó en un comunicado.
El líder opositor resaltó que desde 2015, cuando fueron electos los miembros del Parlamento, controlado por la oposición, el TSJ «ha sido el brazo ejecutor» del Gobierno para «desaparecer» al Legislativo.
«Veintinueve diputados han sido perseguidos y apresados por este tribunal ilegítimo, esto representa el 24 % de los parlamentarios opositores al régimen de Maduro. De este grupo, diez diputados han sido objeto de intento de violación inmunidad parlamentaria en menos de 24 horas», agregó.El comunicado de Guaidó surge luego de la detención del vicepresidente del Legislativo, Édgar Zambrano, a quien le fue levantada la inmunidad parlamentaria por la ANC tras haber apoyado el fallido alzamiento militar liderado por Guaidó contra el Gobierno.
Además, la ANC, por solicitud del TSJ, levantó la inmunidad a Henry Ramos, Luis Florido, Mariela Magallanes, Américo de Grazia, Richard Blanco y Simón Calzadilla por su presunta implicación en varios delitos relacionados con el fallido levantamiento militar.
Mientras, este miércoles el Supremo pidió a la ANC revisar el fuero de los legisladores Freddy Superlano, Sergio Vergara y Juan Andrés Mejía.En ese sentido, Guaidó señaló que este también es un «ataque» en su contra debido a que han «arremetido contra personas de su entorno»»Perseguir a los parlamentarios legítimamente electos, no hará que desaparezca el quiebre a lo interno del régimen, tampoco detendrá la lucha en las calles por el cese definitivo de la usurpación» que, a juicio de Guaidó, hace Maduro de la Presidencia.
Zambrano fue detenido, junto a otras tres personas, por agentes del Servicio Bolivariano de Inteligencia (SEBIN) cuando se encontraba en la sede de su partido, Acción Democrática (AD, socialdemócratas).Los diputados que se encontraban en la sede de AD señalaron que ya sus equipos internacionales se encuentran activando los mecanismos de presión para que liberan a Zambrano.»Hoy el gobierno quiere tapar la crisis con estos atropellos, llamamos al país a pronunciarse, llamamos al país organizarse,nosotros estamos a punto de lograr el cambio en Venezuela», dijo el segundo vicepresidente del Parlamento, Stalin González, a periodistas.The opposition leader stressed that since 2015, when the members of Parliament, controlled by the opposition, were elected, the TSJ «has been the executing arm» of the Government to «disappear» from the Legislative.
